Subject: mediation and HOA disputes

Hello John,
Thank you for your inquiry into our mediation and conflict resolution services. We definitely have the resources to provide either mediation or other conflict resolution approaches to HOA and other types of neighbor/association disputes. Basic two-party (two to four participants) generally cost $50.00 for a 2-hour session. Multi-party (multiple participants as well as multiple perspectives) run generally up to $250.00 for up to 3-hours. Larger group facilitation or a Community Circle approach (a conversational approach in which all participants have equal opportunities to speak and listen) are priced on a case-by-case basis.  Mediations and most other conflict resolution approaches are co-facilitated by trained and experienced mediators who could be staff or volunteers.  If you would like more information and/or to explore the options, please call me (cell phone is best).
Thank you,
Victor Quiros, Ph.D.
